- Tercero. Administrativo del Circuito de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela impetrada por Jesus Maria Diaz Giovannetti contra el Banco Colpatria Red Multibanca Colpatria S.A. y la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
